Thank goodness I went to Heritage, because I am getting a massively better car for the money in my new RAV4. Mark and Conor were so helpful and always sure I had all of my questions answered. We looked at multiple cars on the lot, reviewed other cars in their inventory, and they made sure I knew that they could get it if they didn’t have it. I never felt rushed or undervalued as a customer. I would recommend Heritage to anyone looking for a new Toyota. Mark and Conor were so nice and helpful, and I had a great experience from beginning to end. Conor also has a wicked sense of humor! More

Extremely disappointed I was left with my mouth hanging open in shock when, after three days negotiating the car price, traveling hours back and forth to the dealership and I was left with my mouth hanging open in shock when, after three days negotiating the car price, traveling hours back and forth to the dealership and finally sitting down in front of Jason at his desk beginning the paperwork process, being told the car I was about to buy had already been sold within the last 40 minutes. I could not believe they sold the car out from under me. On top of that, Jason allowed me to just walk out of there without any further discussion about perhaps looking at another car on the lot or what he could do for me. Extremely poor service. More
