Working with Joe was hands down the best car buying experience we have ever had. He is personable, down to earth and relatable! All great characteristics in a salesperson. I do not recommend Heritage. They have lost my future business. They use sales tactics like pressure to make unfair deals. Beware, they will make a low ball, tire-kicker offer on your vehicle far below KBB trade-in value, so make sure that you sell private party if you are thinking about trading. I will be visiting 802 Toyota instead. More
