I was extremely taking a back the way the finance guy presented the payment plan.. it boarded on dishonesty. He maintained that he was able to secure an extended warranty and maintenance plan together wi presented the payment plan.. it boarded on dishonesty. He maintained that he was able to secure an extended warranty and maintenance plan together with the loan. He didn't even ask if I wanted them he started reaching the papers to me to sign. There had been no mention whatsoever of these two components. He was basically shoving him down my throat. I felt ambushed. Also, the car that I had seen on the internet wasn't available. Instead I was presented a car that was almost twice as expensive at a price that was over $1,000 more than the internet price. All in all,, the sales team treated me as a victim that they could take advantage of. Honestly, I felt xxxxx. Lastly, the equipment list that was attached to the car, listed floor mats as being a part of the car. A week or two later I went back and asked the sales manager. He said he couldn't do that. A set cost $230. I secured Ford floor mats especially for the focus for $117 including taxes at the local dealership near me. I gave you a rating of three because I'm a nice guy and I figured that most car dealers do exactly the same thing that you do. It's a shame that you're not really interested in what the customer needs, but instead are only interested in sales numbers. If I had to do it all over again I wouldn't go to Joe Machens Mazda. More

I only wished for one, specific update to be made to my car. A very specific software update. Not only did they not do the one thing I needed, they charged me to diagnose first, then refused to do the upda car. A very specific software update. Not only did they not do the one thing I needed, they charged me to diagnose first, then refused to do the update, and finally tried to push a bunch of completely unnecessary and straight up false car care services on me. Frankly disgusted. More
