Truck was delivered unwashed and dirty. Truck was delivered with only one key and one key fob. Called dealership numerous times and never received a call back. Very disappointed. Poor customer service, Brittney is rude and needs to be retrained, nobody is helpful, after u get the car they don’t care about ur needs so if the car starts actin up , u on ur own. I got a car two weeks a retrained, nobody is helpful, after u get the car they don’t care about ur needs so if the car starts actin up , u on ur own. I got a car two weeks ago n the car won’t start n can’t get anyone from the dealer to help. Britney the service representative refused to grab one of her managers out of a meeting and told me that I had to wait and that she had to address the customer that was in front of her. A good customer service representative would’ve known to address the customer who was on the phone and than the customer that was infront of her. She is very rude , kept picking up putting me on hold without me even sayin okay. She just kept picking up puttin the phone on hold. More

Michelle is the manager and I spoke with her regarding some concerns that she never followed up with like she said and I could to tell them it is some issues with the car I got off they lot 2 weeks ago is some concerns that she never followed up with like she said and I could to tell them it is some issues with the car I got off they lot 2 weeks ago is giving problems. I was told if no lights r on the dash I shouldn’t wrry about it. Wake up to go to wrk today and the car won’t even stop. The best thing they told me was to jump it and bring it tomorrow. They don’t really care about ur safety cuz if they did Michelle the manager would have told me to bring the car to get looked at right away. But nope . Cory the sells person was really nice. More
