Such a knowledgeable and fun guy. Even my saughter who is EXTREMELY shy loved being there and had a great time. The guys offered her ice cream and made her laugh. Even now, Greg still calls to check in to make sure everything is going great with the truck and to see if I have any questions. All around a great atmosphere! More

Amazing buying experience Hi Everyone, I just wanted to share my absolutely incredible experience buying my beautiful certified pre-owned Hi Everyone, I just wanted to share my absolutely incredible experience buying my beautiful certified pre-owned Chevrolet Equinox, from Herb Chambers Chevrolet. My car guy Anthony Dalrymple was fantastic, we actually joke at home about him being part of the family. Every aspect of the Chevrolet dealership is great from my sales guy Anthony with his humble yet knowledgeable approach to the whole sales team asking me if I needed any water or ice cream, I mean who says no to ice cream. Right when I walked in I was greeted by Anthony with a huge smile and this cheerful excitement about him got me excited to buy a new vehicle that day. At first we were looking at a brand new Equinox but when we saw the certified pre owned it was a no brainer, better warranty than new and a ton of bells & whistles. The process went very smoothly and they actually sent over the pre-owned manager Edison Shurda who gave me more for my trade then I anticipated. I met many managers like Corey Upton who was the numbers guy, I was ready for a battle but not with Corey he spent more time talking about me and my family then we did numbers. The number came out exactly where we wanted to be since I just got engaged therefore we are saving for the wedding, they made it work for my situation and I couldn’t be happier. Last but not least my finance guy Bobby Haddad was awesome; he offered me products in a non-pressuring way that it showed he was trying to help us not sell us. This dealership as a whole is the only place to buy a vehicle from, and the only dealership I would recommend all of my friends and family. A big thanks to all the guys down at Herb Chambers Chevrolet especially our car guy Anthony Dalrymple, we will see you in a few years for our next vehicle. More

Due to an accident, my spouse and I found ourselves looking for a vehicle. We went to Herb Chambers Danvers based on a recommendation and we were overly happy about our experience. Our sales rep, Greg looking for a vehicle. We went to Herb Chambers Danvers based on a recommendation and we were overly happy about our experience. Our sales rep, Greg O. was amazing. He made the process simple, he explained every scenario and focus on our wants and needs, immediate and long term. We were there for less than 20 minutes when we were shown the perfect vehicle. Size, color, price and extras we were not even looking for but realized we cant live without. A day later, were picked it up. The packages were not only reasonable, but really a gift. And how can you not protect your new investment? Herb Chambers made all of this possible for us and we are so very happy with the service provided. Fortunately, we have not needed the service department, but I feel this same recommendation would apply. Everyone at this location was super friendly, helpful and well....happy! Highly recommend..! Herb Chambers Chevrolet has provided the best sales experience I have had in my 30 years of buying autos. I have been a BMW customer for many years. But, the new Corvette design blew me away. Leavin experience I have had in my 30 years of buying autos. I have been a BMW customer for many years. But, the new Corvette design blew me away. Leaving a great experience at BMW wasnt easy. But, Herb Chambers Chevy made it very easy. They had a number to choose from. I found the one for me. We made a fair deal for the whole transaction (my trade and purchase price of the Vette). The salesperson, Joseph Albert, and sales manger, Corey Upton, were great. None of the usual selling nonsense of back & forth. No high pressure. Very congenial and as mentioned we all got to a good number. The business manager, John Doucette, was outstanding. One usually gets a shakedown from dealership business managers. Not so with John. He was very balanced on the pluses and minuses of various dealer options. Also, he was outstanding at getting me the best financing to meet my needs. And simply a pleasant guy to work with. I also met the service director, Walter Pollok. I had my best BMW relationship with the service manager. Walter was very gracious about the importance of service and understood my prior experience was top shelf. I feel great that he and his team will provide great service. The best example of how great the team at Herb Chambers Chevy has been is when I forgot my license and credit card. John called me and let me know he had them. I told him I was getting on a plane soon and couldn't get up and back in time. He knew they were important to me even though I said I would get them after the trip. John asked Paul Blanchette to run them to me ASAP. Happy to say Paul arrived 10 min before the taxi came to bring me to the airport. Unbelievable. And i really did want them for my trip. I feel they provide this level of care to all their customers. I am so happy about my purchase with Herb Chambers Chevy! Thanks Joe, Corey, John, Walter and Paul for the great experience!!!! More

I had a great experience buying our new Chevy Malibu from Herb Chambers Chevy in Danvers. We were in somewhat of a complicated situation and that was understood by the sales manager Corey Upton before we wa Herb Chambers Chevy in Danvers. We were in somewhat of a complicated situation and that was understood by the sales manager Corey Upton before we walked in the door. Let me start off by saying this dealership treated us like we were buying a much more expensive car than what we were looking at. Upon arriving, Corey Upton greeted us and had us meet with Corey Stewart. Corey, is probably the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. I have bought about 6 cars previous to this purchase so I am somewhat experienced in this setting. I am in sales myself and I know a good salesman when I have the pleasure of dealing with one. We were offered coffee, ice cream, and water which is typically much more than any other dealership offers believe it or not. Corey was very patient with us as we test drove two different types of vehicles. We were looking originally at an Equinox but given the circumstances it was probably not in our price range. So, Corey the sales manager had Corey the salesman show us a Malibu and he delivered in every way. Corey Stewart is friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable about each car and their various options. He made it very easy for us to like the car given that is not what we originally wanted. The negotiation part of the process which was my least favorite part came out OK. We got a decent deal on the car given that it was a leftover from 2013. It was still a new car and there were some rebates on it which made it more affordable. I think in the end we could have gotten a little better price but it was still fair. I need to point out some other standout employees. We got to deal with both finance managers John Doucette and Bobby Haddad. Both of them went to bat for us and worked with several banks to ensure the deal happened. They put a lot of hard work into it and it paid off for everyone. I think in the car business, sometimes certain situations pop up and you get run through the ringer because no one wants to put the work in that's needed to sell the car! That is not the case with either of these two gentleman. Bobby, did all of the final paperwork with us and had us in and out in 15 minutes because we were both at work and had to fly! Bobby is a very professional guy who obviously knows what he is doing. Lastly, Clinton helped us go over the car once we took ownership of it. He was very thorough and explained how to work every feature of the car for about an hour. Can't ask for much more than that. This was my second purchase from this dealership and even though almost everyone is different from my Chevy Avalanche purchase from 5 years ago, both of my car buying experiences here have been excellent and I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new Chevy and/or a new car of any kind to visit this dealership! They will work hard to earn your business and they appreciate your business once they earn it! I will be out of my Sonata lease in 2 years and will be back to look at the Chevy Volt! More

The entire customer service experience was honestly very enjoyable (except for the holiday traffic on Rte 114). My original call was handled by Lindsay DelTorchio and I told her the reason for my call was to see if a vehicle they had listed for sale was indeed still for sale. She informed the vehicle I was interested in was still available and she immediately transferred me to sales manager Corey Upton. Corey invited me down and introduced me to my salesperson, Kevin Fitzpatrick. I have leased or purchased approximately 15 cars over the years and I can honestly say that Kevin was the most genuine auto dealer I have ever the pleasure of meeting. He took the time to answer all my questions, sat in traffic with me very patiently as we battled holiday traffic and never pressured me throughout the sales process. His professionalism, along with that of sales manager Corey Upton and business manager Bobby Haddad, made the entire process very rewarding. I left the dealership feeling very good about not only the deal I received, but just as importantly, the way I was treated. I would highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. More

I have had the second, third and fourth generations of the Prius for 7 years. The last one being the Prius Plug In. It was a very good car, but I got hooked on having a almost all electric car for my shor the Prius for 7 years. The last one being the Prius Plug In. It was a very good car, but I got hooked on having a almost all electric car for my short daily trips. As the Prius only gave between 9 and 11 miles daily. And I was uncomfortable in cold weather trying to avoid using the heater as it ate up the electric miles.(also the gas engine kicks in sporadically). I started looking at the Volt literature and chat lines and then decided to test drive it. That was satisfactory so I then decided to order one exactly as I wanted. The dealership was totally cooperative and the car was recently delivered. So, here is your answer. It is the best car that I have ever driven. It is solid with a great ride. I can use it in all electric mode and the climate control is excellent. I like the electronics and appreciate the thought that went into them. ( I am a former software programmer). That is my story.
