False advertisement, price of the car online and that was discussed with sales associate was a lie. There was an up charge of $2500 added to car and i'm not talking about taxes, tag, title, dealer fees etc. discussed with sales associate was a lie. It was a Certified Pre-Owned charge which i was told had to be done that would extend the Drive-train warranty an additional 100,000 miles but when bringing the car back to certify and revise paperwork they said certification was previously done and it was up to 100,000 miles. I then declined the Certified Pre-Owned warranty and they said it couldn't be removed but it was already done and included in the price that was online and discussed not the additional $2500. Im just saying they lied about the price and please check your paperwork cause they will add warranties that u didn't ask for and was not discussed. More

Me and my daughter walked into the dealership and a young salesman approached and began to speak then another salesman Cornelius rudly interrupted and the young guy just kind of walked away we agreed that th salesman approached and began to speak then another salesman Cornelius rudly interrupted and the young guy just kind of walked away we agreed that they would detail and remove two stains from the headliner if we bought the car Cornelius wanted us to take the car home and come back later I told him we were going to get lunch because we had waited 3 hrs already and that they had plenty of time to clean car upon returning they made the stains larger and did not wash the car I took him to the car wiped the rim and showed him my black finger he then blamed the detail guy I finally talked with the general manager and he got the car cleaned which took an additional 45 min while sitting in the parking lot one of the employees pulls in behind us in a car that we had asked to look at Cornelius said it sold the day before but it still had the window sticker in it so he lied to us I tried o get my daughter to walk away from this dealership but her car was totaled a week before and she was in a rush I would never ever do business with these people again worst cat buying experience of my life. More
