CardinaleWay made my first car buying experience perfect! I interacted with several employees at CardinaleWay and every single one of them made me fee like a human being, whose happiness was valued over the s I interacted with several employees at CardinaleWay and every single one of them made me fee like a human being, whose happiness was valued over the sale. I made an appointment with Jake through email, but when I arrived he was tied up with a customer. Melissa greeted me kindly, and introduced me to Darian, who took me around to see cars I was interested in while waiting for Jake. Darian was so knowledgeable and answered all my (many) questions. Once Jake was available he really made me feel like a friend, not a customer. He was helpful, kind, and made the process easy to understand, especially for a first-time buyer. Jake's manager, Mike, and finance manager, Corrie, were phenomenal as well. They took time to talk with me and demonstrated an understanding of my feelings and needs during the interactions I had with them. My expectations were far exceeded by CardinaleWay. (A dealer, which by the way, has received many shiny banners over the last 9 years for their excellent service and sales) I visited several other dealers around the valley over the last week and a half, but Jake and his colleagues were far superior to any other team I interacted with. More

Straight up customer service, period! Dustin and Jordan got it done all the way around. I was working with them on a deal for a base 2018 cx-5 touring in red and black interior. They didn’t have one on the lot so they looked around for one. Although they couldn’t find one initially the very next morning I get a text from Dustin saying they found one and will do a dealer swap for me. Dustin goes down and gets the car for me and gets it looking shiny. Dustin and Jordan get our paperwork done before we go down to the dealer to speed things along and when we get down there they are friendly as can be. Everything went super smooth. Even Corrie in financing was super friendly, easy going and honest . Just as an example we but a large down payment so she(Corrie) straight up told us we didn’t need gap insurance and didn’t even try to offer it to us. As for the deal. Let’s just say I would’ve payed more for the same car used. It was a smoking deal! Next car we buy will be a Mazda and it will defenetly be with cardinaleway mazda in Mesa all thanks for the great straight up service Dustin, Jordan, Corrie and manager Matt gave us! More

Unfortunately they didn’t have that car on their lot but i get a text from Jordan the very next day saying they found one (last 2 or 3 in all of phoenix metro) and can do a dealer swap for me. Dustin went and got the car and together with Jordan got all the paperwork ready so when we arrived everything was ready to go. They got it all washed up and shiny for us as well. And as for the deal itself let’s just say I would’ve payed more if I bought that same car used. It was a smoking deal. Dustin and Jordan were friendly and patient the whole way through. Even Corrie in finance was friendly and easy going. No pressure to buy extras we didn’t feel we needed. As an example of her honesty we put a good down payment so she straight up told us we didn’t need gap insurance and didn’t offer it to us. Our next car for sure will be a Mazda and for sure will be with cardinaleway Mazda Mesa. Straight up honest service! Great job guys! More

He has worked with us to get the best deal when we traded in our new 2011 CX-7 for a used CX-9. he explained all our options. When we need to upgrade our old car, Brian was very helpful and he continued to work with us. He is awesome. He has always treated us as friends and not just a client. Nick Santarsiero has been our Service Adviser from the beginning. Can't praise him enough!. He is friendly and caring and takes an interest in our life beyond our car needs. . Everyone we have had a relationship with has listened to our concerns and come up with the best solution for us. Jason Lunday has been most helpful with instructing us on the new electronics on our 2018 CX-9. At NO time has anyone made us feel bad about having to have informartion repeated, and repeated again. Cardinale is a great dealership. We would definitely recommend them. We feel like Brian, Nick and Jason are family. More
