Pleasant experience with Marvin and Corrie. Marvin was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the questions I had. The service I get from all of their employees that we work with is exceptional. The pricing is fair (remember they are in it to make a little money) I don't feel like I've been ripped off. They try to get the deal done quickly. The service department I'd take any car to because they are honest, fair and they do it right the first time. Overall experience always is fantastic. Used Car Experience same as New Car Experience - No Hassels I have been purchasing vehicles from CardinaleWay Mazda since 2009 and I just won't go anywhere else. Why - because of the service I get from all of I have been purchasing vehicles from CardinaleWay Mazda since 2009 and I just won't go anywhere else. Why - because of the service I get from all of their employees including Finance and the Service Department. It's not years of working with them that has them treating me like family - it's been from the very first new car purchase in 2009. I just purchased my 2018 Miata and couldn't be happier with the car, the experience and the dealership. Thank you Brian, Donnie, Josiah, Corrie and Mama !!! More

Excellent Deal and Beautiful car thanks to Matt Shelton!! We had an amazing experience. We know and love Mazda so it was an easy choice but we were between 4 other brands and decided on a Mazda6. Great Experience and Awesome Staff I was shopping for a very particular used car and they had what I was looking for. I live about an hour away from the dealership so I wanted to make I was shopping for a very particular used car and they had what I was looking for. I live about an hour away from the dealership so I wanted to make sure everything was ironed out with the deal before I made the drive out. I dealt with Dustin Thoele over the phone and he was very transparent with the price of the car and dealer fees. When the time came for me to go in to the dealership, Dustin was off that day so he put me in touch with Arron Gorny to finish up the deal. I got there, drove the car, and finalized the deal. I was very tight on time so they got me put through finance in record time and on my way. From the time I pulled in to the time I was driving out in my new car was 1 hour and 15 minutes. That is the fastest deal I have ever done at a dealership. These guys are awesome, I highly recommend working with them. No games and no BS. More

Not like the other dealerships...in a good way I went to CardinaleWay Mazda (Mesa) to see if their advertisement was deceptive since the price was significantly lower than other Mazda dealerships i I went to CardinaleWay Mazda (Mesa) to see if their advertisement was deceptive since the price was significantly lower than other Mazda dealerships in the Phoenix area. Not only was the advertised price the real starting point, but they also use a very straightforward fixed doc fee and prep/aftermarkets fee. Other dealerships were either making several add-ons mandatory or trying to slip hidden fees into the deal. Salesman Arron Gorny was very patient and showed us used cars as well as the particular car in the ad. He also conducted a lengthy and detailed test drive that covered all driving conditions. He was knowledgeable, answered questions that he knew, and did not try BS his way through the ones he was not sure. Thanks, Arron. You did a great job. I also worked with two sales managers. Matt Larussa gave me the initial numbers for their offer. He was knowledgeable on the various cash incentives available to make the low price possible. He and Arron did not apply any undue pressure when I left the dealership to sleep on the offer. On day 2 I worked with Mike Belcourt. He was very truthful in explaining the numbers and revealing how they related to dealer costs and holdback. Although he did not budge on the initial offer, I felt that they were as low as they could go, and that I was in fact getting a great deal. Final step was a relatively quick and painless visit with Corrie Wright to finalize paperwork. She knew I was not interested in any add-ons and did not try to push them on me. It is a ton of paperwork, but Corrie did it as quickly as possible with a great sense of humor and lots of smiles. I think it was a win-win. They sold their last 2018 Mazda 3 GT, and I got it significantly under MSRP and Invoice. More
