We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience. Waiting two hours for an oil change—especially after sharing that you needed to pick up your child—is not the level of service or consideration we aim to provide. Your time is valuable, and we understand how frustrating that must have felt. We sincerely apologize that you did not feel heard or taken care of during your visit. That is not the standard we hold ourselves to. We would appreciate the opportunity to speak with you directly to better understand what happened and work toward making this right. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
