The used car manager is completely out of pocket inappropriate verbally abusive and behaves like a two-year-old if you dare question why he’s lowballing trade. Any post that is just real good in bra inappropriate verbally abusive and behaves like a two-year-old if you dare question why he’s lowballing trade. Any post that is just real good in brags about how this dealership sells the most vehicles and that they double dip on every single Treyden and sales they lowball the trade-ins by 3 to 5 grand they increase their sales price by 3 to 5 grand even with no investment no time on the lot they’re pocketing off of both ends of the spectrum. He also made the mistake of using the inventory shortage as an excuse although he himself is part of the problem creating an inventory shortage when you have a vehicle that is in great condition has been well taken care of when you go to trade it in with 70,000 miles on it and give him a $5000 buffer to make profit off of it and he Lobos it at three grand that’s completely unacceptable in my book and he says any used car only ever since 1 o’clock for 60 days any holes of them all. There’s nothing honest ethical or moral about this guy whatsoever and I’m shocked to think that he thinks he can behave in this manner and people will support a business that lets a grown man throw keys across the desk at me because I asked him why he lowballed my trade and stomp off being a used car sales manager is not acceptable in any way shape or form. I questioned how the leader ship of this dealership allows a man in position to behave like that . All the other customers that were in the dealership at the time of this exchange when he was yelling at me all turn their heads and locked. Maybe he doesn’t treat men this way but if you’re a woman and you happen to go in there by yourself and you also happen to know about cars and how to fix your own car God help you. You can’t do research you can pull out any Edmunds or Kelley blue book or anything on anything because he thinks he knows it all. Until he is removed from the dealership I don’t recommend supporting it whatsoever unless you enjoy being abused and lied to and dealing with the very type of people that customers are leery of dealerships because of , no accountability know honestly no integrity More
