I have been in the auto industry for over 32 years and have loved every minute of it. I enjoy helping customers get into the vehicles of their dreams. It is always fulfilling to see a customer smile and ring the good luck bell. On a personal note, I am engaged to a lovely woman who makes my life extremely happy. I also have three beautiful daughters who I am so very proud of and one grandson and another grandson on the way. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family on our boat, watching Yankee and Met baseball games and playing golf. I currently drive a GMC Sierra and if I can own any vehicle of my choice, it would be either an older, mint condition Hummer H1 or a replica Speed Racer Mach 5.

I had a disappointing experience with this dealership. They provided inaccurate information about the location of my vehicle and performed a subpar bumper repair. My 2018 GMC Terrain was totaled in a car accident. I purchased it from Lester Glenn. I decided to go back and look for another one. My brother recommended Lou Cerrato. He said he was great when he bro I purchased it from Lester Glenn. I decided to go back and look for another one. My brother recommended Lou Cerrato. He said he was great when he brought his GMC truck. I called Lou and told him what I’m looking for is another GMC Terrain. Certified pre-owned. He had one that might fit my needs. It wasn’t exactly what I wanted however, Lou went above and beyond to get me what I wanted. It was flawless! My brother was right Lou Cerrato is the Best!! Thank you Lou!! More

The lease on my 2018 Terrain was close to end and I was undecided between a Mazda CX-5 and another Terrain. After visiting Lester Glenn Mazda where I was treated like family and getting what I felt was a g undecided between a Mazda CX-5 and another Terrain. After visiting Lester Glenn Mazda where I was treated like family and getting what I felt was a good and fair deal I went to see Tom and Craig about another Terrain. Well they blew my socks off with a deal I just couldn’t turn down. Needless to say I am now driving a 2021 Terrain and am very happy.
