We were just shopping around with no belief we would be getting a reasonable deal in today's market, having had a Forester for the last 3 years, inflation made us look at the base model of the Crosstrek, o getting a reasonable deal in today's market, having had a Forester for the last 3 years, inflation made us look at the base model of the Crosstrek, originally as a downgrade, but Gosh! If it was not for Lauren and Louis!.... We ended up being offered a deal we couldn't turn down, on a premium version... and we FELL IN LOVE with it! The only thing less than the Forester, is having to open the trunck ourselves, the rest is actually a total UPGRADE! The screen is bigger, the seats are beautiful, the wheel is so nice to touch, and light to drive, we have a wireless charger.... The CAR is fantastic to drive, takes off at every turn! WE LOVE IT. And the customer service has been absolutely fantastic. They made us feel like we were family. And they are still in touch, and caring about our experience with the new car. We are beyond HAPPY. More

Lauren was so great ! I only came in for a test drive and figured i would see some numbers as the market is high with the rates out there. I didn’t think it was possible in this economy given means of income due to my disability, but Lauren and the team made it possible and got everything done so fast I was so happy to work with them all.
