Lauren had the car running when I pulled into the lot to test drive, knows her cars, and affirmed the car I came to see would meet my needs. Purchased an extended warranty, they offer the Subaru one, which I had heard is less of a hassle if it is needed later. I had the wrong idea about which warranty option to buy, Craig took the time to steer me to the one that fit my driving style, even though that one was less expensive. Also, didn't know, in NY, there is state protection from high registration fees. Fees were quoted much higher at CT dealerships. Save your time and money, go to Rye first! More

I have been leasing Subarus since the mid-1980's. Why? Because nothing ever goes wrong with them. I've only had one car that had a problem that couldn't be solved - a leaking roof, somewhere in the early 90's. And that was the only time. My experience with Rye Subaru has been only excellent. I've bought my last two cars (both CrossTreks, and the current one, a CrossTrek Hybrid) from Lauren Hirshowitz. She is a terrific person to work with - comprehensive, knowledgeable, and entirely reasonable. If I had the choice, I would work with no one else but her at Rye Subaru. Add in that the service department has been perfect - for many years. Courteous, on time, always competent. I've bought Subarus from two other dealers, both of whom were good, but not in the league of this one. More
