We just completed the purchase of a 2020 Certified Preowned Subaru Outback at Rye Subaru. We were drawn to Rye Subaru because they had the best overall inventory of CPO vehicles in terms of mileage a Preowned Subaru Outback at Rye Subaru. We were drawn to Rye Subaru because they had the best overall inventory of CPO vehicles in terms of mileage and condition (all listed on their website). With decades of experience purchasing vehicles, I was not looking forward to our visit to the dealership HOWEVER, this was a different and extraordinarily pleasant experience. Lauren Hirshowitz, our sales representative, was especially pleasant and helpful. She made us feel entirely comfortable during our initial visit and thereafter including at the time of delivery. I can say the same for Rye Subaru's finance manager who was low key and knowledgeable. There were NO high pressure sales tactics employed: rather, a warm, inviting and overall pleasant experience. What a great car - - low mileage and pristine condition and very nice people! I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Rye Subaru. More

We were on the look out for a new car and after going to other Dealerships we gave Rye Subaru a chance, and what a great decision that was! We were greeted with a honest and sincere smile from Lauren. We test drove the car we were looking at and since they didn't have the Crosstrek we wanted in stock we sat and discussed incoming vehicles. We decided on the one we wanted and after a bit of back and forth on what our trade-in value was worth and overall price out the door, we all came to a areement by end of day! We left a deposit and 5 days later Lauren called us and told us our Subie was here! When we went to pick up the car, Lauren had already contacted our insurance company, walked us through ALL the features of the car, helped to pair our phones to the car and set up driver profiles for us! Craig had all our paperwork ready for the DMV and the hand off could not have been any easier! A big Thank You to everyone at Rye Subaru, we are happy to now be part of this family run business! More
