Everyone involved was was very patient under these trying times. Everyone involved in this process was professional and no one was ever pushy!! We were a bit scared to look at any new cars because of the "Covid19" situation but they made our new Jeep Compass search experience very easy, including having vehicles cleaned and prepared for test drive without having to neglect the social distance orders currently in place. They appraised our trade without us even having to leave our vehicle. Our Salesman, Corey Harris, did an excellent job taking our credit application and trade documents over the internet. He was patient, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in this process. There Finance Department went the extra mile to explain the details on our purchase utilizing Chrysler Credit. The entire delivery process took less than one hour and went virtually flawless. Craig Ruskaup, one of the GM's, took time to come outside to introduce himself during the delivery process and congratulated us on our new purchase.
