I wish all dealers were as upfront as ODaniel I will admit that I am not a dealer's dream client. I don't want into the door, ask for a price, and then proceed to pay that enormous MSRP. Nope... Nope...instead I sent an e-mail to numerous dealers on their current inventory and asked that they give me their best price. I had numbers running all over the board that showed me inconsistency in pricing...and also that dealers will never give you their best price first. Along comes (Everett) John Smith...he had a conversation with me. Asked what I was looking for and what could be done to earn my business. I told him I don't want to play the game...I just want a price. He came back with a price that I found more than fair. Upfront he said this is the best I can do, how does this work? Well, I came up the next morning and signed the papers. My wife and I are very thankful for the quick and ease of the transaction. Andrea in finance was not pushy and fully explained everything we were signing. Probably the fastest transaction I have ever had in a dealership. While John was showing my wife how to work her new vehicle, Craig had come up to me because he had made some calls to try and buy my vehicle we were replacing. He did us a solid by finding another ODaniel dealership willing to give us what we wanted for our vehicle. Perfect. While the sale is complete....the relationship isn't. We will be back again. More

They waited for us to make our decision, not pestering us and answering our questions every time we called or stopped in. Could not have asked for a better sales relationship. Had totaled out a car and they helped get us in a Chrysler Pacifica 3 months later. Will definitely spread the word about Melissa and Elizabeth and go back when I need another vehicle. More
