Salesperson was not well-versed on vehicle, did not fully explain features and functions of the truck. Misinformed me regarding functionality of rear-view. He did not disclose deductible associated with the plan until after I had agreed to plan and purchased vehicle. I notice scratch on fender at final delivery which dealer agreed to correct. Shop promised one day to complete. It took two days. When I arrived to pick up truck found that fender was not properly installed after painting. Had to make second 40 mile trip to pick up after rework. No interaction with adjuster. Had to request documentation of work completed. More

I had very very bad customer service at the collision center at rothrock in Allentown pa! Poor service and everyone who works there is not nice!
