Craig Jr was a exceptional good listener in regards to what I was looking for and was able to help me with my search for the type of vehicle I wanted. I had a lot of questions and he was very patience and what I was looking for and was able to help me with my search for the type of vehicle I wanted. I had a lot of questions and he was very patience and professional in giving me an answer. He was able to direct me to what I was looking for spite he was also working with another customer. When I was ready to do a road test he had another Advisor to go with me on that drive. And once completed, he took back over. Job well done. The other Advisor was great as well I do not remember his name, he was very informative and helpful in answering my questions as well, very patience as well. I felt very comfortable with both of them, neither one of them were pushy are rushful in trying to get a sale but was very attentive to my need in what I was looking for. Great Job to the both of you. I thought it was a nice touch that Mr.Craig came up and introduce himself to me and thank me for shopping there and purchasing a vehicle which made me feel good about doing business with BMW of West St. Louis.
