Have had all past Honda’s serviced at H O Ave. I will continue to have my two Honda’s serviced there. However the last two services were questionable. Neither car had oil life monitors reset aft I will continue to have my two Honda’s serviced there. However the last two services were questionable. Neither car had oil life monitors reset after service and next service due stickers were so far off they were useless. Had wheel alignment on the Accord performed. Always in the past I received a spec sheet before and after performing alignment. Not this time. I’m beginning to wonder if the work has been performed at all. Labor cost to drain transmission fluid and refill is outrageous! I received an email from H O Avenues asking me was service the best. I replied NO. Prompt replied “you will be contacted by management “ I have not heard anything from H O Avenues If it wasn’t for Bobby Howard my service consultant I probably would not participate with H O Avenues. A few weeks ago while my husband was there to get an oil change on his car. He was told that he needed a new battery. And it would cost around 200. He made an appointment and was at the dealership this past change on his car. He was told that he needed a new battery. And it would cost around 200.
