Christian was pleasant but young; Nice enough guy. I needed the car delivered and the delivery was more on their schedule than mine and was several hours late. Car showed up with a small crack in the I needed the car delivered and the delivery was more on their schedule than mine and was several hours late. Car showed up with a small crack in the windshield. They tried to use some old school sales pressure tactics and the closing process took way too long (only 1 F&I person on Saturday). Wouldn't send me the plates when they came in - had to go back up to the dealership to get them myself. Not a "high service" dealership IMO More
