Purchased a used car with relatively low mileage (61K miles) but it needed $6,300 in repairs, which is excessive for a vehicle that only cost $15K. The dealer could have disclosed the need for repairs, as they were all quickly discovered in my post-purchase garage inspection -- repairs included timing belt, brake rotors, brake shims, radiator, and more. I don't feel good about this transaction because of the lack of transparency and the very large repair bill. More

I purchased at 2023 Tesla, after unsuccessfully attempting to register the car in the app and remove the previous owners information. I contacted Tesla and was told the dealer should have contacted attempting to register the car in the app and remove the previous owners information. I contacted Tesla and was told the dealer should have contacted Tesla to remover the previous owner before selling the car. As a result I am still in the process of transferring the vehicle to myself through Tesla so for now I can’t charge my the car and I have access to all of the previous owners information: name, numbers, home address, phone book. This is very disappointing. The person that traded this vehicle trusted the dealer with their car and trust you to remove their information before the sell, because of this I will never purchase another car here. More

Arrived at service center. No one greeted or acknowledged me. Had to ask rep if I was in the right area. Eventually they took in my car. Was told I’d receive a call once servic No one greeted or acknowledged me. Had to ask rep if I was in the right area. Eventually they took in my car. Was told I’d receive a call once service was done. Waited 4-5 hours came back and asked if vehicle was ready, again was ignored. Rep said that the car had been finished awhile ago but I was never notified. Absolute one star service, felt very uncomfortable and always just trying to speak to anyone. Wasted time waiting when I could have been told my car was ready at least one hour before. I hope to never have to deal with this dealership ever again. Have better service for the people who have purchased vehicles and not just the ones who are looking to buy. More
