The service department is absolutely great. I’ve been going to them for 7 years now and only have positive things to say. By far the best service department in Reno and I’ve lived here 26 years I’ve been going to them for 7 years now and only have positive things to say. The service center at Reno Hyundai is absolutely great. I’ve been going to them for 7 years now and I’m totally satisfied with the way they look after my two Hyundai’s and the work that is done. Tabatha Cu I’ve been going to them for 7 years now and I’m totally satisfied with the way they look after my two Hyundai’s and the work that is done. Tabatha Culver, my service advisor is extremely conscientious and professional. She knows her stuff. I’ve lived in Reno 26 years and had horrible experiences with two other dealerships. Being overcharged, work not being done right, and on and on. Because of the expertise of this service department I now own two Hyundai’s. My grandson took my first one. And I wouldn’t let my grandson drive anything unless I had full confidence in the car. More

I have been going to the dealership for over 12 years. About 10 years ago I purchased a 1999 Jaguar XJ8 and they have been maintaining it ever since. Hai, one of their mechanics is super. He has repaired About 10 years ago I purchased a 1999 Jaguar XJ8 and they have been maintaining it ever since. Hai, one of their mechanics is super. He has repaired my car for many years. Jags are sometimes difficult to repair but so far Hai has triumphed! Matt the service manager and Lance Asst. Service Manager are terrific. I highly recommend Lithia Hyundai. More
