Tabatha Culver my service advisor knows her stuff and is knowledgeable and professional. Cuong the mechanic who exclusively works on my two Hyundai’s is just a super good mechanic. I have all the confidence in Tabatha and Cuong. One thing that really stands out compared to other dealerships is they’re honest. They are excellent at evaluating problems and discussing it with me. The service department here is the reason I bought another Hyundai in 2018. I’m very happy with it. More

I have taken my vehicles to Lithia Hyundai for the 12 years that I have lived in the area. Lance Smith has been my service consultant for the entire time. Great guy and very knowledgeable. The service department at Reno Lithia Hyundai is excellent. I have lived in Reno 26 years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I dealt with two other service department dealerships and they were horribl excellent. I have lived in Reno 26 years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I dealt with two other service department dealerships and they were horrible. I now own two Hyundai’s, one my grandson drives and my newer 2018 Kona I use for driving Uber/Lyft. I’m 75 years old. I wouldn’t let my grandson drive anything I didn’t think was 100 percent safe. The service manager, Matt Ashton and my service advisor Tabatha Culver are extremely knowledgeable and professional. This is a great service department. I wouldn’t have anyone else look after my cars. More
