I am a born and raised Tucsonan, and am now raising my 3 kiddos here with my wife. I love my job working for a fantastic local mom and pop dealership here at Tucson Subaru. I got started in this business helping out around my grandfathers Chevron service station when I was a little guy, and haven't left the auto business since. I started off in the dealer world as a Service Adviser in 2004. I was in service here at Subaru starting in 2010 before I started on the sales side in 2014. I had been looking to purchase a new vehicle for a couple weeks and gone to several dealerships, some sales agents were very aggressive while others condescending because I'm young and maybe didn't see me as a potential buyer and didn't want to waste their time with me. Subaru was completely different, Sean Johnson was very helpful and professional. He even offered to email me a price sheet so I could look over different payment options without trying to get me inside to his office like the other dealerships. He let me look at the car without hovering over me and gave me straight answers. I'm very happy with my new car and my whole experience overall. More

Outstanding Car Buying Experience After several stressful days of dealing with other car dealerships, I had the luck of having Tucson Subaru suggested to me by my longtime trusted car After several stressful days of dealing with other car dealerships, I had the luck of having Tucson Subaru suggested to me by my longtime trusted car mechanic. This is when I encountered not only the expertise of Tucson Subaru, but I also had the added benefit of dealing with Robert Pedroza (salesperson). Robert was straight to the point, listened to our needs, and showed us our options. We ended up spending a good part of our Saturday testing several car options, and learning about the "Subaru Experience" from Robert...and more importantly, it was fun and certainly beneficial. We ended up buying our first Subaru - an Outback. I cannot stress enough out thanks to Robert and the team at Tucson Subaru, and more importantly, we felt appreciated. Robert and the Tucson Subaru team knew that there were many non-Subaru options out there for us, and they made us feel that our purchase was important to them. More

How I had the best car buying experience ever! 1. Test drove car. Salesperson (Ken) was super friendly and knowledgeable, not pushy or aggressive. 2. Loved car but wanted some different features. 1. Test drove car. Salesperson (Ken) was super friendly and knowledgeable, not pushy or aggressive. 2. Loved car but wanted some different features. Ken built and ordered my orange dreamsicar. 3. Waited impatiently. Ken and Subaru kept me updated on every step of my car's journey. 4. Received arrival notification and rushed to Tucson Subaru to sign away my first born child. 5. Did not in fact sign away first born child because finance expert (Curt) explained all the paperwork. 6. Got the keys (and also a bouquet of roses). 7. Learned about all the pretty buttons from Ken and posed for pictures with orange dreamsicar. 8. Brought my new car home for parental units to oo and ah over. 9. Woke up next morning to discover orange dreamsicar was not a dream. 10. Lived happily ever after. More
