Bob has a positive and personable personality. He is patient and took his time. When we took the new Subaru Oitback for a test drive, both my husband and I had an opportunity to drive the Ouback. This dealership (top in the nation) was the very opposite of my expectations. My husband and I saw many vehicles in the price range we wanted, with all options explained or demonstrated to us. There was no pressure to "buy up". We finally decided on a used 2017 Forester 2.5l Limited and, so far, cannot be happier. I'd also previously questioned total strangers who I saw in parking lots, gas stations, etc. who had newer or older Foresters and every one of them said that they loved their vehicle and would buy it again. Between the possible feedback and Consumer Reports ratings, we knew we had to look into buying a Subaru. The treatment at the dealership was icing on the cake. Thanks, Tucson Subaru! More
