Everything Mike promised he delivered along with a nice surprise of a little discount that I wasn't expecting. I love that! My husband said that after about 5 minutes looking at the car and being in the vehicle that I stepped out and said "This is the car I want!". I would say that is pretty amazing! The other people on staff were kind and fun. I loved the fact that there are courtesy cars available when you take your car in for service and that there is a great sitting area, with March Madness playing, and great coffee and treats. Tucson Subaru just has it all and the best salesman in the business, Mike Henry! I love my car and it is sitting quietly in my garage as I am writing this grateful note! Best car buying at a dealer I've never bought a car with a dealer before because I always hated how I felt like I was treated at most dealers. That sort of cash cow, walking doll I've never bought a car with a dealer before because I always hated how I felt like I was treated at most dealers. That sort of cash cow, walking dollar sign feeling. I never got that in the time that I was at Tucson Subaru. We arrived early on a Saturday morning knowing what car we wanted to see and drive. Even though it was right at opening everyone there was welcoming and ready to help, you'd be surprised how many places that isn't the case. Spence helped us have a look at the car we wanted and got it ready for a test drive. During our test drive he highlighted some great features of the Impreza we were driving but never made it feel like he was rattling off a stat sheet or a best selling points powerpoint. When we finished our test drive and had to get down to business there was again no pressure. I never felt like I was under the gun or that that we could never reach an agreement. After some negotiating we got to a place where everyone was happy. While all of the paperwork was being drawn up Spence proved to be a good host and kept us entertained while we waited. When it came time to settle everything up we worked with Curt and he was just as pleasant to work with as Spence. Overall, we got the car we wanted at the price we wanted, had a great buying experience and most importantly Tucson Subaru earned our trust and confidence. I'll sum it up by saying that Carmax may say "How car buying should be" but I'd argue that Tucson Subaru has them beat hands down in that department. More
