I am a born and raised Tucsonan, and am now raising my 3 kiddos here with my wife. I love my job working for a fantastic local mom and pop dealership here at Tucson Subaru. I got started in this business helping out around my grandfathers Chevron service station when I was a little guy, and haven't left the auto business since. I started off in the dealer world as a Service Adviser in 2004. I was in service here at Subaru starting in 2010 before I started on the sales side in 2014. Subaru BRZ buying experience CJ Nicholas and Curt McHenry were nice and professional to us. We traveled from Phoenix to Tucson to buy Subaru BRZ manual car and they were very eas CJ Nicholas and Curt McHenry were nice and professional to us. We traveled from Phoenix to Tucson to buy Subaru BRZ manual car and they were very easy on us unlike other dealers where the sales rep puts too much pressure to buy the car. CJ was very knowledgeable about this car and explained lot of the details. Curt stuck to his promise regarding price that we had discussed over the phone few days ago and we were able to close the deal within 2 hours including test driving. They made the buying experience so easy and enjoyable. In fact CJ went out of his way to drive the car to a bigger parking lot across the street for us after we purchased it as per our request as it was a manual car and we needed little more practice before we took it out to traffic. It was a pleasurable car buying experience. We recommend this dealership and these representatives any time. More

We have been purchasing Subarus from Tucson Subaru for over 20 years now and I think they have gotten much better sales reps and the atmosphere is just a better experience. The only weak part is the service department, is still slower than other dealerships so you are best dropping your car off and getting a lift to the mall or work. I regret that Subaru doesn't make small pickup trucks. I owned a Subaru Brat way- back- when and I would be another one in a heartbeat. More

The best car buying experience I've ever had. What I appreciated most was the fact that no one we spoke with presumed to know what we wanted or needed. Our credit card was not taken away to check our credit rating, the sales person did not make multiple trips to check things with his manager. We were never even slightly pressured. Our credit rating was checked at the end when we were signing the papers. On our first trip there we spoke with Kevin who gave us his card. We returned a week or so later (no apt) and he told us that he would be busy in a little while and wanted us to have complete attention so he sent us to Chris Smith. On our first visit we were ready to buy, by the time the second visit rolled around we had met some people who had leased and we had questions about leasing ( they had leased from Chris Smith). We loved the roses and the fact that a $250 donation was made in our name to charity. More

Tuscon Subaru beat out the competition I had narrowed my car choices down to the Toyota Rav4 and Subaru Forester and hoped to be able to make a deal in one day. In truth both cars were grea I had narrowed my car choices down to the Toyota Rav4 and Subaru Forester and hoped to be able to make a deal in one day. In truth both cars were great to drive (for me) and thus it came down to price and expected dealer experience. I knew what the purchasing experience would be like with Tucson Subaru and was not sorry for my choice. It takes a small village of people to get you through the new car purchasing process and the entire staff did a wonderful job keeping me updated on the process. The Costco purchasing program connected me with Trent Nichols who encouraged me to visit ASAP as they were making terrific deals this week. And I believe I got a GREAT deal on my new 2017 Subaru Forester from Jennifer Duran and was pleased to be offered a reasonable price on my 17 years old Toyota. The financing deal of 4 years with true 0% interest from Curt McHenry was terrific, but even better was his clear explanation of the value of the Subaru extended warranty that I considered. The front reception staff also needs to be mentioned for their assistance with receiving fax's and someone kept replenishing the cookies and coffee that kept my spirits bright. More

Used 2016. That sold minutes before we signed. Oh well. He put us in a 2917 Outback for almost the same price as the used car. How cool is that. Drove it up to M Lemon today, 100+ miles, drives like a dream. Still waiting for that 35+ mph to kick in. More
