I am a born and raised Tucsonan, and am now raising my 3 kiddos here with my wife. I love my job working for a fantastic local mom and pop dealership here at Tucson Subaru. I got started in this business helping out around my grandfathers Chevron service station when I was a little guy, and haven't left the auto business since. I started off in the dealer world as a Service Adviser in 2004. I was in service here at Subaru starting in 2010 before I started on the sales side in 2014. We Bought our First Subaru! We were in the market for a second vehicle; some friends highly recommended their new Subaru Forester, so that's where I started (and ended). I spent a lot of time online searching vehicles and their ratings, starting with Consumer Reports (which gave an indication of the local pricing I could expect, which they termed a "great price"). Then I browsed the Tucson Subaru site to see what was in stock (but had to go to the national Subaru site to find out what some terms meant, like "CVT"), and picked three vehicles in which we were interested. At that point I expressed my interest online, and within minutes Rudy Burneo e-mailed me, and we eventually made an appointment for a test drive. Upon arrival at Tucson Subaru the vehicle we had chosen was waiting for us, in a "Reserved" parking spot, and we began reviewing the features with Rudy. At that point we decided we didn't need Eye-Sight and the Nav system, so we test drove a second vehicle of the same model (Forester 2.5i Premium) in the color we wanted, and bought it on the spot. The Internet price was very close to the "great price" that Consumer Reports indicated, so we did no haggling. While the paperwork was being handled Rudy showed us around the dealership (especially where we would be bringing our new vehicle for its complimentary 6,000 mile services). My Crosstrek Was Totaled :( I loved my 2013 XV Crosstrek, but unfortunately it was rearended and subsequently totaled. The other guys insurance was giving me 3 days to get into a I loved my 2013 XV Crosstrek, but unfortunately it was rearended and subsequently totaled. The other guys insurance was giving me 3 days to get into a new car. Gil, who I bought the original car from, was very patient w/ me, made me aware of what options were out there, and helped narrow my search. Unfortunately, due to limited inventory I had to buy my 2016 XV Crosstrek in CA. I would definately have Gil help me again, when the time arrives. Greg Stewart, Dan Ford and Curt McHenry have been amazing over the past 3 yrs, and 3 other reasons why I'll remain a loyal Subaru customer. More

Driving the 2016 Subaru Outback is Splendid! The all-wheel drive experience is taking driving to a whole new level, and the interior of the vehicle is incredibly comfortable.
