We were greeted with warm and welcoming smiles and handshakes by everyone. We went in knowing which car we wanted and they had it ready for us to test drive. Trent was very kind and answered all of our questions. The whole experience was a pleasure and went very smoothly. We had 2 young children with us and Curt the finance guy was very understanding since he has children himself and understood our urgency to finish the sale since the kiddos were pretty cranky and ready for naps and was great at explaining everything. We would definately come back and refer anybody looking for a car here. More

I was looking at the Subaru wrx and I had a limited experience with manual transmissions. I told my salesman this and he took me for a test drive to show me how to drive it. After I had purchased the car he even offered to drive to my house so I didn't have to drive it in traffic for the first time. The dealership is very nice and friendly. Awesome Experience Today I bought my first Subaru and I could not ask for a better experience. We visited the dealership two weeks ago to test drive the car and Kevin aka Big Bird was so helpful and not at all pushy with trying to get us to buy right away. He answered all our questions and was very knowledegeable and patient. We returned today with family and again, Kevin was just so pleasant to deal with. The entire buying process, including working with Curt in Finance was smooth and professional. I love my Subaru and cannot say enough about the great experience at Tucson Subaru.
