Price and features were great, and Tim Hanson in finance helped with an offer that was available at the time and made all the details of that process go very smoothly - I'd even say it was painless. I've had many years of experience working with the service department as well and look forward to continuing that with the new vehicle. Dan Ford runs a great team and Ivan Salazar is an excellent addition. Very professional all around. I t Curt McHenry was my sales rep at Tucson Subaru. I came in initially thinking I would go for an Outback, but I also wanted to look at a Forester. I test-drove and liked both. In talking about my driving habits (Cochise County and rough back roads in the Chiricahua Mountains as opposed to a lot of freeway and urban driving), Curt said he thought the less expensive Forester would suit my needs perhaps even better than the Outback. I really appreciated his candor, as well as his expertise. I believe he worked hard to get me a very fair deal on my Forester. For anyone looking for a Subaru, I highly recommend seeing Curt McHenry. More
