I had previously purchased a car from Tri Cities Corwin and had a great experience. Not so much this time around, Zayne was great (5 Stars) on showing us the truck and coordinating the delivery, Jared (th and had a great experience. I guess “no” doesn’t mean “no” at Corwin. They told us our trade had a nickel size rock chip in the windshield that neither we nor our Zayne could find. Typical high volume dealership. More

I have never been so ticked off. Low ball offers on your trade, then they want to tell you what’s wrong with your trade mechanically even though they’ve probably never changed their Low ball offers on your trade, then they want to tell you what’s wrong with your trade mechanically even though they’ve probably never changed their own oil. Salesman looks at KBB and does instant cash offer for my trade. That’s not the trade value. After I left letting everyone there know how I felt, they kept calling. In the end, they actually valued my trade mid KBB trade value which was where I wanted to be. I did the deal just to later find out that the keys they gave me didn’t have the locking fuel door key. I will never be back. BTW I waited about an hour for them to find a key, 30 minutes just to get a salesman to help me even after I called them. More
