Last week my car decided to die while I was heading to work on the highway. I was able to make it to Apple Ford and was greeted by Curtis Ford. Although I did not have an appointment, Curtis signed me in work on the highway. I was able to make it to Apple Ford and was greeted by Curtis Ford. Although I did not have an appointment, Curtis signed me in and advised me it may be take some time for my car to be checked because the Service Dept was booked up. I thanked him and my husband picked me up. Curtis continued to follow-up with me via telephone and advised me that my car needed a new PC. He ordered the parts but they would not be in until Monday. He also Informed me that he had reserved a rental car for me. Originally Curtis thought my total charges would be about $300 but to my surprise when I picked up my car on 7/17/13, the balance owed was $81(covered under warranty). In addition to Curtis' exceptional customer service, that made my day. I purchased my used vehicle from Apple Ford in November of 2011 and the service was not great and I vowed never to purchase another vehicle from Apple again but the service I received from Curtis and everyone in the Service Department has changed my mind. I have had to bring my car in a few times for minor reasons over the past year and I always get great service. It was a real pleasure to go to this Service Department. Curtis Ford is a true gentleman, very kind, professional, and very cooperative. He had my car issue taken care of immediately even though I only call Curtis Ford is a true gentleman, very kind, professional, and very cooperative. When I called Mr. Ford he immediately had a good idea what the issue was, he took the car's VIN down to make sure he knew what likely was required for my specific car. I had an appointment for 0800 and I was back at my house at 0915. I highly recommend this service department and can truly say I was treated exceptionally well as was my car. This only the second time I have been at this service department, first time simply to find out where it is located. At that time I was also very well treated and even though I did not have work done, merely made an appointment for later this month, they washed my car as they did today as well. Great folks, excellent service. The N/A for price is due to my car still being under warranty so there was no cost involved. More

Curtis delivered great customer service. I brought my car in because the my car felt like it was doing something weird when I put it in reverse on a slight hill. I got frustrated when they came back and said in because the my car felt like it was doing something weird when I put it in reverse on a slight hill. I got frustrated when they came back and said nothing was wrong with it because I was sure it wasn't user error. So Curtis took it for a drive with me and parked in on a hill to replicate the issue. Turned out that there was nothing wrong but I wasn't crazy either. I appreciated him taking the time to ensure that I left with peace of mind. More
