I have had great experiences with the service department over the past year since I purchased my Ford Escape. I just love Curtis Ford, and was thrilled today to hear that he was promoted to Service Manager! over the past year since I purchased my Ford Escape. I just love Curtis Ford, and was thrilled today to hear that he was promoted to Service Manager! Great job Apple Ford! Curtis always makes me feel so welcome every time I step foot in that place, even if it's just for a car wash!! Today I brought my car in because my rear door was stuck (most likely due to my teenage son slamming the door). Curtis and Rick Poppe were able to pop it open and pop the door liner back in place in just a few minutes. Also, the plastic pull down handle had come off of the rear hatchback door, and Curtis reattached that for me also. They had me out of there in less than 10 minutes, so I didn't have to leave my car and I made it on time to work. Thanks so much!! More

Mr. Curtis Ford, service manager, was very professional, pleasant, and resolved an issue with my car repair. He resolved an issue I had with an occurance which happened while the technician was performing pleasant, and resolved an issue with my car repair. He resolved an issue I had with an occurance which happened while the technician was performing a recall on my car. The radiator hose was broken on my Mercury Sable- while performing a recall on the Speed Control Cable. The hose broke due to dry rot but I felt that I should not have to pay for costs of labor -200$, for replacement of the hose as it was not broken when I brought the car in for the recall. Mr Ford did remove the labor cost which I fully appreciated. In hindsight it probably saved my engine as the hose would have broken, would have resulted in the engine overheating and caused the engine to sieze. I definately would return for future service due to my recent experience with him. I also would consider purchasing my next vehicle from Apple Ford. Satisfied Customer, Diana More

WOW!!!! Can't say enough......impromptu visit with throttle issue. Took right away, fixed it IMMEDIATELY and was very understanding as I was riffed from my job 2 weeks prior. Curtis was so kind, friendly and understanding. He immediately gave me prompt one-on-one service. I was on my way to a local restaurant and car stalled out twice. I was pretty scared and took a chance by stopping in for service. I couldn't believe how receptive Curtis was and how quickly he remedied my problem, even taking me and picking me up from my lunch date. I've always had good service at Apple, but this time was especially good. Again, thanks so very much. More

I have a 2002 Ford Escape. My wife and I bought this vehicle new from the Apple Ford Dealership in Columbia, Maryland. We have always had the vehicle serviced at this dealership. We have always been hap vehicle new from the Apple Ford Dealership in Columbia, Maryland. We have always had the vehicle serviced at this dealership. We have always been happy with this vehicle and the service we have received from the dealership. The Escape now has over 106,000 miles. As with any vehicle with higher mileage certain engine parts that have never posed a problem in the past begin to wear out. This week we encountered such a situation. The Escape began to run with a noticable engine hesitation. We took the vehicle to Apple Ford where they quickly diagnosed the problem as an engine misfire with cylinder number (4). They indicated that we needed to replace the engine coil associated with the impacted cylinder. The service advisor, Steve Watts, worked with us to complete the required engine maintenance in a timely fashion at a reasonable price. The service lane supervisor, Curtis Ford, subsequently provided us with a much appreciated 10% discount off the overall vehicle maintenance price to acknowledge our long term relationship and loyalty to the Apple Ford Dealership. My wife and I are very happy with our Ford Escape and the lifetime of quality service that we've received from Apple Ford. More

Nobody in the Service department seemed willing or able to help me with a known problem (throttle body) my Ford was having. Curtis Ford was the first person to listen to what the problem was and was able t to help me with a known problem (throttle body) my Ford was having. Curtis Ford was the first person to listen to what the problem was and was able to comfort me by explaining that it should be covered under my warranty, which it was. He did his best to get me in as early as possible. Due to Curtis going out of his way to help me, I would highly recommend him. More

Curtis was absolute wonderful to work with. I was in town for business when my car over heated. Curtis told me to come in immediately and safely and worked my car in.
