The check in time was slow, but understandable due to new ownership/system. However, I was told that service should take approximately 1 hour 45 minutes. I left to do some shopping and came back approximat ownership/system. However, I was told that service should take approximately 1 hour 45 minutes. I left to do some shopping and came back approximately 2 hours later. I waited for about another hour with no update and then checked at service deck to ensure they knew I was back and waiting. After another 2 hours with no update we checked again and the car was done and parked at the front of the check out line with several cars behind it. I do not know how long it had been completed while we sat and waited. In addition, on November 11th, my Honda van had a warning light come on. I went to the website and used the chat feature to ask if that was something I could just bring in to have checked or if I needed to make an appointment. I received an automated reply thanking me for texting and that they would be with me shortly. I never heard back. I called the next day to ask the same question and left a message with the service department and never received a return call. The warning light went away after a day or so, so I never had the issue assessed at the dealership. More

I recently had my pilot in for service at Victory. This was the 3rd time in the last few months. They said they had fixed the problem which was resulting in the emissions light coming on. It came back This was the 3rd time in the last few months. They said they had fixed the problem which was resulting in the emissions light coming on. It came back on, while driving home. They offered to come get the car the next day from me at work. They were over 3 hours late without a courtesy call. I have not been very impressed with the service department. Still waiting to hear from them on how to fix the problem. More

For major repairs I feel this is the place to go. For routine repairs like brakes and shocks and filters your price is too high.
