All in all all the 3 men were great, and Curtis especially for putting up with my dickering. the overall experience was great, especially when my intention was to go to the Acura dealer and check out there cars. This review is based on Curtis's service, since we mostly dealt with him. He was very friendly, but a bit overbearing and did not give us much space when we said we needed to discuss amongst ourselves. He dealt with him. He said nice things, but turned around and offered us a terrible deal, only decreasing it to a more reasonable APR after being asked multiple times. He also promised us $500 off when we started to leave for lunch (even though we had said we would come back), then tried to get out of his offer when we held him to it later. All in all, he made all of us at least a little bit uncomfortable. On the other hand, Omar was friendly, personable, and professional in every aspect of his service. He made us feel that we could trust him and he would find us the best deal possible. I would recommend him highly to anyone looking to finance a car. More

I had an excellent experience at Elk Grove. Curtis Jare was incredibly helpful in displaying the cars on the lot as well as facilitating the order of my vehicle as one was not available at your location. He then kept me updated on the status of the order and called me personally when it arrived. Further the deal we had agreed to in February was honored, he explained all the aspects of the deal to me, and he even went so far as to drive my old vehicle back to my home (I then gave him a ride back) Mike Lagandaon was also very helpful in walking me through the extended warranties and other options and ultimately we settled on an option I am quite happy with. More
