Had a fun experience and my sales guy Josh Hough was amazing. Explained everything about my new car and showed me how it worked. On Wednesday February 7th I was leaving work and my brand new car that I purchased on Jan 18th was dead I got a ride home and to work the next day and we jumped the car it ran then died a co worker put a battery charger on the car so I could bring it to Lou Fusz for them to look at. I was told nothing was wrong by Zach but if it happened again call Kia roadside assistance and have it towed to the dealership. On Saturday February 10th it did it again and I was stranded in the parking lot in the cold for 2 hours while I waited for the tow truck. I was without a car all weekend. On Monday I sent a message about my car no response finally the nice lady that answers the service phone got me in touch with someone they told me that my car was there and they would get it looked at. Never heard anything again until I called at 4:15 pm and was told that my car was next inline to be looked at but they close at 6 pm. I said you’ve had my car all day and I was told that they had people who had appointments and recall issues that was taken care of first. The gentleman I spoke to was very rude I asked about a rental car and was told there was none. I asked how I was suppose to get home and nothing. Asked if I was going to be reimbursed for being without a car and money I had to pay for rides and nothing. I got a ride up to the dealership and was going to give back this car that I had for only 3 weeks and found out it was done that they replaced the battery. I asked the sales manager to have the service manager call me to discuss what had happened but guess what no phone call. I was without a car for 3 days I had to pay someone to come get me and take me back and forth to work and to the dealership. Wasn’t offered any kind of reimbursement. Take my advise and do not buy a car from here. The great sales staff does not out way the extremely horrible service department. I will be taking my car to a different Kia dealership going forward. More

From the moment we walked into the dealership we were impressed .Josh and Curtis were both excellent to deal with . They both went way beyond to answer questions and explain every aspect of the financing impressed .Josh and Curtis were both excellent to deal with .
