I have purchased two Kia's from this dealership. When my car was stolen the level of service was horrid. I couldn't get anyone on the phone. I would have to ask for a ride or Uber/Lyft there just to have a conversation with someone my car sat for almost 2months. I do believe they switched parts around because some things were visually different. I tried trading the car in they BullS*** me around. So I was unhappy with Sales and the Service department. Before the whole Kia theft situation Kia as a brand could have done no wrong in my book. But 2022 I can no longer support Lou Fusz Kia nor Kia the brand. More
