Terrible experience, from financing to car delivery. The finance person -Marty was the worse. He was obviously annoyed that I wasn’t buying all the extras and rushed me through the process. He was so un The finance person -Marty was the worse. He was obviously annoyed that I wasn’t buying all the extras and rushed me through the process. He was so unprofessional, I should have walked out! After I took possession of the car, it was dirty, gas-less and it was late at night. I had to wait for the sales person to get the gas card and go full up the tank! The experience couldn’t get any worse. I called the dealer after a few days because I didn’t know how to work my car and I was feeling put off by the whole situation. I was told by Curtis that my trade in was a “bad deal” and if I wanted my trade in back that I could have it back because they weren’t going to make any money off the trade in. Then, if this wasn’t enough, the finance department never paid off my trade in. I had my lender call me and a late fee was applied to my account because the ball was dropped. I truly regret giving this dealer my business. I will not be retuning. More
