What everyone looks for first- PRICE: Pacifico beat the 2 competitors price by over $700. TRADE-IN: Beat by $300 - $1800 The experience: Cynthia did a terrific job getting me the numbers, and lining up competitors price by over $700. Jason brought it all together with the BEST vehicle orientation I've experienced in 30 years of buying lots of new cars. The BEST, by far! Paired our phones, covered every control, got the BlueLink access up and running before we left the lot. Carol handled the finances with aplomb, getting me a better rate than my pre-approved credit union rate, and walking me through the process in a timely fashion. Overall, my experience at Pacifico Hyundai was marvelous, and the people behind the process were the reason. More

I love this dealership... Pacifico Mazda is amazing and so are their employees. Looking to buy my first car mrs. Cynthia and mr. Lamont knew exactly which direction to point me in for a first car. They bot so are their employees. Looking to buy my first car mrs. Cynthia and mr. Lamont knew exactly which direction to point me in for a first car. They both explained that the Mazda 2 would be an excellent choice. Even though I don't like hatch back cars this one grew on me. After giving the car a test drive, I fell in love. This dealerships gives nothing but the best customer service and loyalty. When you walk in you are a customer but by the time you purchase your car you feel like family. Thanks again you guys you made my experience a great one. More

We had a great experience with Cynthia, Erica and Carol. Erica had everything ready to go on the weekend so we were able able to come in, test drive and wsign. This is the first time that I've bought a car through email and telephone. I was looking for a Mazda 5 to replace my 5 year old RAV4. I read a great review about their business/Internet sales manager, email and telephone. I was looking for a Mazda 5 to replace my 5 year old RAV4. I read a great review about their business/Internet sales manager, Cynthia Crum. I called her and told her what I needed. She was very nice and quoted me the price, the license fee and sales tax all through email before her vacation and told me who to contact at Pacifico. Since their Mazda manager was out sick, their general manager, Jim Little, took care of me. He was a true professional: quick to respond to emails and phone calls, took care to answer all my questions and set up the transaction. Most importantly, he made it clear that there were no hidden charges, such as documentation fees. My son-in-law took my RAV4 to Pacifico and Jim gave a fair trade-in value. Since I was paying cash, they also gave me a discount on the sales price. All of the details of the sale transaction were taking care of by a young Sales Consultant named Christopher Yohannan. He was also very professional and quick to respond to questions. I finally met them all in person on the day of the sale when I went to pick up my new Mazda 5. They were just as nice in person as on the phone. This was a very pleasant buying experience for me, I felt that I was fairly treated and well taken care of. My family and I will buy cars from them again. I also love my new Mazda 5 very much!!!! More

I just had my second son and it was time to trade in my gas guzzler for a fuel efficent car. I really wanted a Hybrid, but as I shopped around my dealerships tried to push other cars on me that I DIDN'T w gas guzzler for a fuel efficent car. I really wanted a Hybrid, but as I shopped around my dealerships tried to push other cars on me that I DIDN'T want. Some even had the nerve to tell me I couldn't afford without even asking me how I was going to pay for it, they based it off the price I wanted to pay. Little did they know I already had an auto draft check for more than the Hybrids I had in mind, not to mention enough money in my bank account to pay for the car outright if I wanted to. NOT AT PACIFICO, they addressed my needs, took the time to learn exactly what I was looking for and MOST IMPORTANTLY meet my needs above and beyond the industry standard. I can say that because I went to a ton of dealerships. First person I contacted was Cynthia Crum, she was so caring and really treated me with respect and honesty. After hearing and understanding what I was looking for we set up an appointment for me to come down and look at a few cars. Pacifico in Philadelphia by the automall has multiple brands of cars to choose from, not to mention all the used cars to look at, if you are serious about buying make sure you stop by there first. When I arrived they immediately greeted me, but in a friendly way, not that crazy saleman way I got at the other dealerships. They offered me something to drink and a pretzel. Cynthia, introduced me to Brett Morris and explained to him exactly what I was looking for...this was from just one phone call the day before...proof that she was truly listening to me when I was speaking. Brett took the time to show me the vehicles Cynthia had suggested. Brett wasn't pushy or trying to steer me to the more expensive cars or even suggested a car that didn't meet my needs. After being shown multiple cars I new the one I wanted, 2012 Sonata Hybrid. I still wasn't ready to buy because I had to discuss it with my wife first and arrange for her to check the car out. I just wanted to make sure she liked it before I committed. Instead of being pissed or not taking me for a serious buyer they encouraged it. They let me take the car home to her! SHE LOVED IT!!! The next day I showed up with it, but due to time restraints I couldn't spend the time to purchase the vehicle, I have a 1 month old son and a 2 two years old that needed me home. Once again, Brett and Cynthia completely understood and never seemed pushy or unnerved by the fact I hadn't signed the dotted line yet. I returned the following Monday ready to sign. Unfortunately Brett wasn't there, so I was introduced to Andrew Michaels. Andrew took the time to explain everything. HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND SO MUCH THAT I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR A VEHICLE. You have to understand he spent hours educating me on my new car, Pacifico's customer service commitment and helped me set everything up from top to bottom. If you are at Pacifico ask for Andrew Michaels because you will leave knowing how to get the most out of your new vehicle. I have never felt so satisfied with a purchase, that includes my home, furniture, electronics and appliances as I did with my new car. I just want to thank them for everything, I got the car I wanted, the price I wanted and they got a customer for life. Thank you Cynthia, Brett and Andrew for everything. Tony McCann More

They gave us a written quote [beating the AAA quote] and guaranteed that it would not change when we went to buy the car. They were very fast to respond to all questions with email and phone.
