Trade in for New Car Loved this dealership. We went to a few Hyundai dealerships and dealt with a few over the phone, but this, by far, exceeded our expectations. First de Loved this dealership. First dealt with Tim, whom helped us decide b/w a Genesis or a Sonata (yes yes, we know...huge difference bw the two). We test drove both, loved both, but although Genesis would have meant a bigger commission check for Tim, he steered us to the Sonata bc that was a better fit for our family. He cared more about us than getting paid which was awesome! Then the next day, we were helped by Chris over the phone. He was absolutely amazing. Over the phone, he seemed so upbeat and willing to help us in any way he can. I didn't feel like I was bothering him with questions or negotiations. He met us part way with our trade in numbers and worked with us with numbers regarding our new vehicle purchase. He was also very fast in rreturning phone calls too. Next day, husband and I came in to put a deposit down bc we thought we needed to get a vehicle we wanted shipped. Well, Hyundai didn't offer that color combination we thought they had. :-( We wanted the Hyundai Sonata limited in White with black interior. The limited in White only came in Brown, Gray, or Beige. WTH sonata!! Anyway, Cynthia, and Greg did everything they could to find a vehicle we absolutely wanted. Cynthia searched over 500 miles to look for a vehicle we wanted and Greg walked the lot (I swear about 10xs) bringing up tons and tons of different vehicles. Even if we didn't even ask him to. We really wanted to see what a brown interior looked like. He was determined to find one, and wala...he did! We hated it! LOL, but he didn't stop there. He was determined. Finally found a black interior with white exterior and panaramic sunroof. Drove it up. Showed it to us. We loved it, but it was the sport model which we hated the drive. He walked to lot again. I LOVED how determined he was. He was such a blast to work with. So upbeat, funny, and willing to find something we absolutely loved. BC they didn't have absolutely what we wanted, both the dealership/manager (Tim and Chris) and I worked together so we both be happy. They worked out an amazing deal with me with a vehicle on their lot and I walked away a happy customer. Jason helped with financing. He was the one that ran my credit score, got me an amazing financing number, and went over all the paperwork with me. He made the process so easy, I felt like I didn't have to question any of his work. Most dealerships would say to finance with Hyundai, but this one didn't care as long as I got a great rate. Come here. You will not be dissappointed in the service you get. I honestly can say they care more about customers happiness than anything else. :-) I absolutely LOVE my new car and I've been showing it off to everyone. More

Excellent I didn't know if I was really ready to trade in my 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe, but I was browsing on Pacifico Hyundai's website, and started talking to won I didn't know if I was really ready to trade in my 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe, but I was browsing on Pacifico Hyundai's website, and started talking to wonderful Cynthia Crum. She set me up an appointment to come in and meet with Lamont Dean. Lamont is a very experienced sales person that knows a great deal about every car out on the lot. We test drove a lot of vehicles, and I decided on a 2015 Hyundai Tuscan. Lamont was very professional and made buying my vehicle from Pacifico Hyundai such a wonderful experience. I would refer all my friends and family to work with both Cynthia Crum and Lamont Dean. Both are so nice and professional. My overall experience with Pacifico Hyundai was one of the best! More

Cynthia Crum worked with me over the internet and Jason Oquendo finished the sale with us by providing all the details of our new car. Going over each option and button in the car, making sure we knew all the features and how to work them. Jason also spent time going over all of the warranty as well as setting up our Blue Link internet connection. Jason also provided us with a tour of the building so that we would know where to locate the service area and introduced us to the service manager. This was a great experience. This is my second time in 4 years at pacifico and I am from new jersey and refuse to use a jersey dealer. Pacifico should be the training center for all dealerships on how to treat a customer, how to stre from new jersey and refuse to use a jersey dealer. Pacifico should be the training center for all dealerships on how to treat a customer, how to streamline the process, and how to get a customer's needs met without going back and forth with sales managers negotiating payments. We went in expressed our needs and wants and they were able to meet all of them. Carl, Cynthia, and Andrew were amazing, informative, took the time to go over specifics in the vehicle. Most dealers I have been to keep you there for hours and you leave feeling annoyed, aggravated and paying way more than you wanted. That does not happen at Pacifico at all. Please everyone go there and experience for yourself the difference between Pacifico and other dealerships. More

From the first telephone contact with Cynthia Crum, Internet Mgr., I knew we would be on a mutually beneficial path to a new Mazda CX-5 SUV purchase. She was understanding and confident in presenting Internet Mgr., I knew we would be on a mutually beneficial path to a new Mazda CX-5 SUV purchase. She was understanding and confident in presenting the model, equipment, and color car that my wife and I were looking for. The price was very realistic, with no hidden items. We made an appointment and were greeted by Cynthia outside the Pacifico Dealership and then were introduced to Craig Starn who steared us patiently through the sales procedure and our very fair Honda trade in. Craig and Cynthia, working together made it a comfortable event. Craig explained everything about the car and checked with us a couple of days later also setting the time.for our first free oil change. During our time in the sales room, Pacifico General Manager Thomas Flynn also stopped by to say hello.Carol Fahy expertly finished the Financial papers. - - - Overall it was a nicely done deal. More

I recently purchased a new Mazda from Pacifico and was very impressed with their customer service and professionalism. My situation at the time required me to purchase a vehicle immediately and on a very very impressed with their customer service and professionalism. Brian Green and Cynthia Crum, in particular, were very patient with me ( I test drove several vehicles) and answered every single question I had. They were very detail oriented and knowledgable and I feel that I was able to get a reliable, quality vehicle for a fair price. I am very happy with my purchase and expect to be a Pacifico customer for life! More
