This was far the worst Honda service experience I’ve ever had, even after using many Honda dealers in different states and cities. They never follow up any updates and always said they ‘didn’t know’ when m had, even after using many Honda dealers in different states and cities. They never follow up any updates and always said they ‘didn’t know’ when my car would be ready. No one ever called me, so i had to keep calling them myself. Only then did they suddenly say my car was ready! Because of their poor communication, I was without my car for a full day and had to pay out of pocket for a rental. The staff( Cyndi) was unhelpful and unfriendly, and I eventually took my car elsewhere. I will never return to this location, and this experience has made me seriously reconsider buying a Honda vehicles in the future. More

Dealer promised vehicle would be done by noon. At 12:30 texted with recommended service items. I authorized certain services and said that I need to pick up at 1:30. Rep said okay. Rep called At 12:30 texted with recommended service items. I authorized certain services and said that I need to pick up at 1:30. Rep said okay. Rep called at 1:20 to ask if I could bring in spare key fob. I said uber was on way to get me so I would be right there. Arrived at dealership at 1:30. Technician had left on lunch break with my car attached to computer. Rick told me they could not disconnect. At this point, I needed to leave. 20 minutes later car was still on computer. I asked for a manager. Rick came back and handed me my keys and the invoice. I will not be back to this dealership. There are many more issues with my service that I could go into. I asked rick to have his manager contact me. That hasn’t happened. Absolutely horrible service. More
