Prior to making Capistrano Mazda my dealership of choice to take my Mazda to for service I visited a Mazda dealer in Irvine (which is closer to where Prior to making Capistrano Mazda my dealership of choice to take my Mazda to for service I visited a Mazda dealer in Irvine (which is closer to where I live). Let’s just say that they are not nearly as attentive to their clients needs and don’t seem to care about retaining them. When I made my first service appointment at Capistrano Mazda I just happened to get assigned Cyrena as my service advisor and I am so thankful I did. She is very friendly and attentive to her clients! You can tell from the moment you arrive for service that she is genuinely happy to see you and you can trust her service recommendations. She will not try to have you add on extra services. More

I bought my CX-5 In LA county and was looking for a Mazda dealer in south OC for my service and maintenance needs… I tried Irvine Mazda for a minor r I bought my CX-5 In LA county and was looking for a Mazda dealer in south OC for my service and maintenance needs… I tried Irvine Mazda for a minor repair and quite frankly was not thrilled with their customer service. When my car was due for its 5000 mile maintenance check I decided to try Capistrano Mazda, I could not have had a better experience! Cyrena checked me in and was friendly and welcoming, my appointment was at 10 o’clock and my car was taken right away and finished quickly ....from start to finish it was just a really great experience, One of the Mazda technicians even helped to sync my iPhone to the infotainment system, I’m sorry I don’t remember his name but he was awesome, thank you!!!. I will definitely be using Capistrano Mazda for all my future CX-5 service needs! More
