Let’s just say that they are not nearly as attentive to their clients needs and don’t seem to care about retaining them. When I made my first service appointment at Capistrano Mazda I just happened to get assigned Cyrena as my service advisor and I am so thankful I did. She is very friendly and attentive to her clients! You can tell from the moment you arrive for service that she is genuinely happy to see you and you can trust her service recommendations. She will not try to have you add on extra services. More
