Cyrena and the dealer went the extra mile We took our Mazda CR-5 for regular maintenance and had them check a parking light that was out. Initially, Cyrena called us to report their findings r We took our Mazda CR-5 for regular maintenance and had them check a parking light that was out. Initially, Cyrena called us to report their findings regarding the light and it was going to be a very expensive repair. After a short discussion, she offered to check and see if the extended warranty would take care of the repair. When she discovered the part wasn't covered, she spoke with dealer management and they called Mazda...who eventually OK'd the repair at no charge. We would highly recommend Cyrena and Capistrano Mazda for excellent customer service. More

When I went to sales, Lauren did an amazing job. She was knowledgeable and friendly. Overall, every person I interacted with was wonderful.
