Highest level of consistent customer! Mazda staff were exceptionally courteous when I came in for a scheduled oil change. However it was discovered that a fuel injection and spark plug Mazda staff were exceptionally courteous when I came in for a scheduled oil change. However it was discovered that a fuel injection and spark plug check were also needed. This pushed my bill into a much more expensive category but the gal who served me found a coupon which shaved off a few dollars which was greatly appreciated as was her gracious and helpful attitude. It took a good bit longer than anticipated but she did kindly offer me a loaner car but because of some mobility issues I had after surgery I declined to accept her offer. I stayed in the lovely lobby area and enjoyed participating in the great and well stocked selection of snacks, water, and hot beverages that you graciously provide your customers. Very much appreciated. Thankfully too the TV was off so I was able to make several important phone calls so the extra time needed to complete the service was put to good use. Fredy, my favorite Mazda staff member and Service Manager, was off yesterday which was initially a bit personally disappointing because I trust him implicitly. However, as is noted above, Cyrena, the gal who served me was excellent and did an outstanding job as well. Could I just also point out one small oversight that the person who changed the oil on both past services omitted to do? The little window sticker that lets you know when the next oil change is due was not added after the past two services It really helps me to have it otherwise I will be apt to forget to schedule it. I just pen in another 5000 miles to the old sticker but it looks rather tacky. In no way am I complaining and I do remain a very satisfied Maxida customer! More

Brakes and scheduled service I brought in my vehicle for scheduled oil change and tire rotation. I also requested a brake check because they have been noisy since I purchased the I brought in my vehicle for scheduled oil change and tire rotation. When I got the same response I’ve received before (”the brakes are fine. Must be dust.”), she pushed to have this issue addressed more thoroughly. the brakes are finally noise free for the first time since I purchased the vehicle in 2017. Thank you Cyrena! More

"Capo Mazda. The friendly, honest, reliable service center." Bought a brand new Mazda 6 that had a few cosmetic issues in the beginning where I had to return a few times to have corrections made. Freddy Campos and sales team helped me through this with professionalism that makes me feel appreciated and confident that Capo Mazda stands behind there word. I have another vehicle that I take to another dealer for service, and Capo Mazda is far more superior each time I visit. I am very pleased. And now that my needs were taken care of when I purchased the car, I can honestly say that Capo Mazda rocks. More

I followed Fredy and Hector from their previous employer and they never disappoint. Cyrena has been an absolute pleasure to work with since she joined the team. I actually travel 33 miles to come to Capo Mazda to get my car serviced because I know they respect me and my time and would never try to push additional services on me that aren't necessary. I'll keep coming back and recommending them to other Mazda owners with the great service they provide! More

oil change and tire rotation excellet I bought a certified pre-owned car from Capo Mazda, so I went back after 4 months for the 5,000 mile service.
