Great Service! We have had nothing but a great experience with the Mazda Service. The only disappointment we have had is the ability to get Car Play. We we told It We have had nothing but a great experience with the Mazda Service. The only disappointment we have had is the ability to get Car Play. We we told It was a free upgrade for our new car once it became available, however this is not the case. It is now over $400 to get Car Play. This is disappointing. All of our other experiences with Mazda’s service has been above and beyond. More

Marvelous Cyrena is very helpful. She took her time to explain what is being done. When the mechanic recommended replacing the tires,I mentioned that I will go Cyrena is very helpful. She took her time to explain what is being done. When the mechanic recommended replacing the tires,I mentioned that I will go to Costco where I usually get my tires. She printed out a tire price quote from the dealer. I took it to Costco to compare, and I ended up coming back to the dealer to do my tires. She saved me almost $250 just for the tires. Thank you for being thoroughly with everything. More
