The service department at this dealership is chaotic and unorganized. They have not set my scheduled appointments before, and luckily can fit me in even though I have to wait for a long time. They sell you all these bumper to bumper repairs and replacement warranties and then claim you don't have them and try to charge you. Messed up computer system between the departments? Maybe. But trying to get in for oil changes is a mess too. The website lets you make appointments during lunch and they refuse to take your car and make you come back first come first serve after lunch. I am so unhappy with this dealership that I would grant negative stars if I could! More
