Dropped my truck off at 4PM on a Thursday for a 7 AM Friday appointment for oil and state inspection. Called multiple times afternoon after 4 PM on Friday to check status, unable to get past AI answeri Friday appointment for oil and state inspection. AI said it would send text to service department who would get back to me with status. Gave up and came in on Saturday morning to pick up truck not ready never touched. Service done while I waited. The service department at this dealership is chaotic and unorganized. They have not set my scheduled appointments before, and luckily can fit me in even though I have to wait for a long time.
