Dealership needs to improve it’s customer care. First when you enter the dearlership there is noone to guide the customer and ask them what do they want. I entered and waited 15 min before anybody First when you enter the dearlership there is noone to guide the customer and ask them what do they want. I entered and waited 15 min before anybody came to ask me what am i here for. This year there has been a difference about the registration and red license plates. I wasn’t told anything about it. All i had was a paper tag and i was told i will get a license plate in 10 days. I wasn’t told that i will also get a paper registration with red plate. They have set up the wrong VIN on my nissan app and i just figure that out. Now i will have to get that faxed. More

I purchased a used car there late one evening. Since then, I've called twice and emailed once asking what happened to the floor mats that were in the trunk of the car when it was shown to me and Since then, I've called twice and emailed once asking what happened to the floor mats that were in the trunk of the car when it was shown to me and my family. This is two weeks later, and I've never got a call back or anything. Apparently, once the sells made the customer service ends. I'll be going to buy a set this weekend. More
