The reason I only leaving 4 stars is because I have never felt so pushed into signing for something I wasn't sure about . It was like they were holding my keys hostage. I only had one remote and asked for a second but was told I would have to purchase it. I called a friend of mine at another CJDR store and within 3 days he sent me one a no charge. I had to wait literally six months for a catalytic converter recall replacement. I was told I was "in line." Then I was told they were waiting on parts. When I insisted the Jeep be repaired ASAP they converter recall replacement. I was told I was "in line." Then I was told they were waiting on parts. When I insisted the Jeep be repaired ASAP they suddenly had the parts and another customer missed her appt. so I got that appt. in two days. It's shameful that a customer has to beg for months for a repair. Not one person except the girl who took my keys and gave them back ever spoke to me about anything. Horrible experience. More
