Service Department I would recommend Crown Honda but with some caveats. I took my Honda Pilot there for an oil change several months ago, The service was speedy and th I would recommend Crown Honda but with some caveats. I took my Honda Pilot there for an oil change several months ago, The service was speedy and the gentleman waiting on me was very efficient and couldn't be more helpful. I was very impressed with the service and the personnel. Thus I decided to take my Honda CRV in for an oil change and rear differential fluid change. I was told to go inside and wait and someone would be right with me. Even though I had an appointment, twenty minutes later I asked if someone was going to check me in. I was told the girl who was supposed to check me in had a backlog of paperwork so a nice gentleman said he would get me checked in. Two hours later, Daimara Morrill told me my car was ready but they recommended that I change the brake fluid, power steering fluid, and transmission fluid; however, that would take another hour and a half for an additional $514. I opted to leave because I was uncomfortable sitting there as long as I did and I certainly didn't want to sit there another hour and a half. In addition, I thought the price for the additional service seemed rather high. After I checked out, Daimara told me to go out the back door and my car would be in the lot somewhere. While sitting there for two hours I observed her walking other customers to the door and showing them where their car was. I eventually found my car and was finally on my out of there. More

First time for home pickup and delivery service From beginning to end it was awesome and after all this horrible virus is over, it might be a service I will use in the future if you still have it.
