Superb service Once again I dealt with Daimara Morrill and as usual she is extremely efficient and made sure that our requests were attended to. She came back with Once again I dealt with Daimara Morrill and as usual she is extremely efficient and made sure that our requests were attended to. She came back with some areas that needed attending and after going over these areas, we agreed to do the work. She even notified the service mgr about our time frame to make sure the work could be accomplished in time. We have been working with Daimara for 3 years and I would highly recommend her to anyone. I brought my accord in for routine maintenance and stated no problems with vehicle, and upon driving home i had brake problems, I had to call Michele and she said bring the car right in and she had Mike Larson drive with us and find out the problem and he serviced the car and fixed whatever occurred during the routine maintenance service. I was happy to see Mike, a familiar face at honda, and glad he would take care of my car, I was upset when I arrived but he was very courteous and made me feel very comfortable. More

Great Service My wife had been cleaning the car's interior and without thinking, left all the dome and door lights on thereby resulting in a flat battery. AAA arriv My wife had been cleaning the car's interior and without thinking, left all the dome and door lights on thereby resulting in a flat battery. AAA arrived and jump-started the engine, but the tech recommended going to the dealer to make sure the battery wasn't defective. Arriving at Crown Honda, we were met and greeted by Diamara Morrill who promptly arranged a battery check to assess its power ability and reassured us that as we were under warranty , the battery, if found defective, would be replaced free of charge. Shortly, the results came back - battery strong and we were on our way home ! Great efficiency and service and we plan on keeping Diamara for any or all other services. More
