I can’t help but feeling I was ripped off. Basically a glorified oil change for over $1000. My bad for allowing that to happen. Audis are pieces of junk. I will never buy another. 83,000 miles and over $20,000 worth of repairs. Now the propeller shaft has gone bad, timing chain needs replacement, trans I will never buy another. 83,000 miles and over $20,000 worth of repairs. Now the propeller shaft has gone bad, timing chain needs replacement, transmission pan is leaking for the second time. $12,000 in repairs. We just spent $4000, less than six months ago on other repairs. Another $3000 a few months before that. If you have to get an Audi, Lease and then return it before it gets 40,000, because it’s all downhill from there. More

Dain was friendly and knowledgeable and kept me up to date throughout the service. The waiting area is clean and well-appointed (beverages, wifi, etc.), making it easy to work while I waited. Great customer service. Good communication and work.
